Our office is open for Routine Dental care and procedures. If you are due for your routine dental appointment, we will reach out to you in the next couple of weeks to schedule an appointment. You can always make an appointment online or call us.
While many things have changed in the past couple of months, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and dental well-being.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable.
Our office closely adheres to infection control recommendations made by the Pennsylvania Department of Health(PA DOH), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. Here is what you can expect to maintain a safe environment at Natural Smiles:
- All patients will be screened prior to their appointment per CDC guidelines. Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask screening questions. You may be asked the same questions again when you are in the office.
- All employees and providers in direct contact with patients will be screened daily in the same manner as our patients and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with PA DOH, ADA, CDC and OSHA guidelines.
- Appointments will be managed to allow social distancing between patients. To help keep everyone safe text or call us once you have arrived. Please wait in your parked car until we are ready to see you. Wearing a mask is mandatory while in the office.
