Dr. Wendy M Croll Halpern

DMD

Dr. Wendy M Croll Halpern earned DMD degree, Certificate in Periodontics, and Implant Fellowship all at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Cornell University.


An experienced and compassionate practitioner, Dr. Halpern offers surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment, placement and maintenance of dental implants, periodontal plastic surgery, treatment of gum recession, advanced regenerative techniques and sinus elevation. Dr. Halpern is also experienced with application of Botox, and also enhancing facial and lip contours with collagen fillers.

Dr. Halpern is a Diplomate of The American Board of Periodontology.
She is currently a Director and Board Member of the Osseointegration Foundation of the Academy of Osseointegration. She has been a highly active member of the Academy of Osseointegration for the past 15 years, serving as Chairperson and Vice-chairperson of the Research Committee each for 3 years.

 
Dr. Halpern is the Periodontist Consultant for OraPharma, the leading dental pharmaceutical company focusing on Periodontal Disease and cutting-edge technology for bone regenerative materials.

Dr. Halpern has served as the Periodontist Consultant for Delta Dental, the largest dental insurance company in the US.

When she is not in her roles as a periodontist or consultant, Dr. Halpern enjoys watching her daughter Jill and son Ben grow into fine, young adults. She also enjoys hiking with her fox red Labrador Retriever Kobe and Havanese Penelope, gardening, making jewelry, doing crossword puzzles, driving and traveling, cycling, and cooking with her fiancé Jay.
